Description
The Surge Pulse is a portable upright ice bath that makes cold immersion easier to begin at home. Three height options and a foldable insulated construction give you a practical route into a routine without committing to a permanent tub.
A focused reset in a compact footprint
The upright shape supports seated immersion while taking up less floor space than a long bath. Choose the size that gives your torso room without forcing an uncomfortable position.
Built to set up and pack away
A three-layer insulated body with an inflatable top ring, thermal cover, drain options and a carry bag. It can remain ready in a suitable space or be dried and stored between sessions.
Start colder only as experience grows
Consistency matters more than extremes. Use a thermometer, begin with manageable temperatures and short exposure, and prioritise controlled breathing throughout.
Wellness guidance: Start gradually, follow the supplied product manual and seek professional advice before use if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, take medication or are unsure whether this product is suitable for you.
